And someone should explain to Andrew Billen the difference in modern
English between an ellipsis (an omission of one or more words in a
sentence) and an ellipse.


As a biased, pro-astronomy Brit, all the article actually said to me
was; Billen is a tired cynical hack who has no particular enthusiasm for
astronomy, and even less for Milton Keynes. But then I always read too
much into things.
