Why, Charles - do you not believe that the introduction of hazardous
microorganisms into a group of people with unprepared immune systems can be
just an insensitive accident?

There were several reasons why their immune systems -- and believe me, the
human immune system is one of the best in the galaxy -- did not have time
enough to defend against the introduced microorganisms.
Not the least of which are the strength and virility of the microorganisms,
and the rapid manner in which they were able to spread from victim to
victim.

And Charles, I do not think I have to tell you why some people burn books.
