There is a difference between pointing someone to the commercial
websites of others (which I would define as informing) and pointing
them at commercial goods on the posters own website (which I define as
advertising)

There have been occasions when trolls have attacked Chris's site
pretty aggressively and things have been posted that are just plain
wrong - if Chris or any other corrects such misinformation, that is
not advertising.
