Earlier today, I ordered one of the new Sky Publishing planispheres ...
The declination hash marks for +30 and +60 seem
to be too low. For example, Izar (epsilon Bootis) has a declination of
+27, yet it appears to be *north* of the hash mark for +30.

The hash marks on mine are in the right place.
