Why does Planetarium on my Palm and my Visor have a one hour error in
rise and set times for all planets, sun, and moon? When I compare the
rise and set times in local newspaper and on the USNO site with the
rise and set times on both my Palm Tungsten and my old Handspring
Visor, both running Planetarium, the PDAs are one hour late. No, I do
not have the PDA time set to DST and I have checked and double-checked
the date, including the year, and location.

HOWEVER -- when I run World Clock on the PDAs, it shows correct
sunrise and sunset times.
