The time to always act is BEFORE the wolf is feeding on your children -
not afterwards. This may sound harsh but in today's harsh world, its a
reality. We need to defeat this before it becomes a fact, which is the same as
saying: "while it is becoming a fact". Hubble has proven we cant take anything
for granted in this world.
