No, they prefer code that produces absolutly consistent results across
all platforms. Efficiency is nice, but not at the expense of science.

No. It was for an early client, but is being kept undertight control
to ensure consistency.

I think it urgently needs a serious makeover, it could look SO much
cooler -- or even make it skinnable.. Something.


You can use the CLI and run any screensaver you wish...
