In a recent moderator's note I wrote that this week
I've been trying to persuade
my new news server, newsreader, and posting software to talk properly
to each other. Everything seems to be ok now...

It seems I was a touch premature. I've just been informed that
most of the articles posted in the last few days were missing their
"References:" headers (which tell newsreaders of the thread structure
in the newsgroup). I apologise for the problem. It should be fixed
now, and all future postings (including this one) should have proper
"References:" headers if they're followups.
