(Possibly advanced civilizations don't use radio or light for communication,
maybe they have quantum entaglement transceivers or some other unknown
technology?)

Quantum entanglement is a property of photons or particles, which travel
at the speed of light for photons or less for particles.

In the case of photons, they are using light (or radio for lower frequencies).
In the case of particles, much much slower.

Hopefully they are not using gamma ray bursts for communication.
