It doesn't claim that it is the replica of Galileo's telescope. It has the
story about Galileo on a brass plate mounted inside wooden box . To me
there is huge difference between these two as wide as Cassini division.

I agree there is a huge difference. However upon reading the Ebay listing I
noticed the following in the header:

"Antique Brass Telescope with Wood Display Box
Replica of Galileo's telescope 400+ years ago."

Looks pretty cut and dry to me.
