He's still here.

He's got a new e-mail address, which is why your Google search didn't pick
him up. I don't recall what his new address is, though. At least he
still uses his real name.

He doesn't post here very often anymore, but he's still the same old
Rich... I wouldn't say he ever defined this group, but he was certainly
much more active once upon a time.

I've been away from the group for many years, and did a search back in
Google for his postings since then. He appears to have stopped posting
in 1999, in the late summer or fall.

Does anybody know why?

Does he post under a different name, or just lurk now?

He sort of defined the group back then along with a few others. He got
in a few real heated debates with guys who defended Roland and AP
scopes. I think he hated AP and Televue, which didn't make him any
friends. I got into a bit of it with him at the time as well, he was a
huge part of the history of this group.

Anyway,,,,,just wondering if anybody knows?
