Default how does one report a new constellation?

I discovered a new constellation, trailing
Canis Major. I call it "Poopis Scoopus."
Below it is the constellation of Proctoscopium.

Too bad this isn't in the spring/summer sky. Then we could have "Poopis
Scoopus Ophiuchus."
