I belive the TV plossls are considerably better now. From what I can tell, the
SPs are no better than any other Chinese import plossls. That is, fine, good,
but not what they used to be.

I'll second Rod's opinion on that - the meade's are now just typical
chinese plossls. Certainly not as good as the TV's or the Ultimas.
