Nothing we do *directly* raises or lowers the water vapor level. But guess
what *does* raise the water vapor level - *rising temperatures*.

Which modtran shows isn't caused by CO2 greenhouse effect.

FYI: modtran isn't reality itself. It can have errors, or limitations. It
can also have ignorant users who are using it in the wrong way, and/or
interpreting the results in a wrong way.
