AA I'm bringing in my "Critical Mass Theory" into the QM realm. Its fits there very well indeed. This theory gave the BB its bang. It is now very well accepted .It is reality. TreBert
They say that during inflation space expanded FTL. Problem is we know nothing about the structure of space or how it is driven. We know how force or pressure drive material objects which have mass. But we know nothing about what would drive space to expand, FTL or otherwise. They say the current universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. If this is caused by expansion of space, then what is the need for dark energy? Energy relates to the acceleration of matter. But if objects are being simply carried along with the expansion of space, then energy would not have to be applied to the objects themselves. And how energy would serve to expand space itself, there is no theory.
