Can anyone explain to me what the deuce Min's point is? He seems to
have an argument with astonomy, but I can't really fathom what it is

Daniel Min makes less sense to me than Koos Nolst Trinite, who
performs remote Scientology auditing on famous people and sends them
the bills. Who does Min send his bills to?

He's a bitter computer consultant whose hobby is to troll the internet
for fun. Don't take his rants too seriously - if you do a quick glance
at his posting history, he's contradicted himself a number of times
over the years.

Who does he send his bills to? He probably bills the good folks of
Denver and Boulder Colorado, who no doubt make up his clients. After
all, if you are going to be on a computer all day anyway, might as
well bill for your fun too...
