Does your ISP really not have any rules against forging other
posters' names? Pretty much any ISP makes a deal with its
customers: they give you access to the internet; you don't break
any laws or any newsgroup rules. If yours doesn't have that
deal, we should tell all the other woo-woos about it, so they
can all sign up and post from there.

BTW, I've asked the CIA, KGB, Bechtel, the Gang of Four, the
