Yes, and if you have wind generated electricity you will sell it directly to
the grid and not make hydrogen out of it. It's a matter of return on
investment.
If you have a hydrogen peroxide fuel cell, you don't need to buy energy from
'the grid', which is fueled primarily by petroleum.
