This sounds a bit like a small Nemesis? Maybe big enough
to send the dinos special gifts and maybe fiscal conservatives

If it is, it won't spare "Progressives," either!


Awe but the Progressives won't be surprised; whereas,
the others will be and it will be deserved (oK more deserved ;-)
Perhaps the Progressives are building they're own.
