Is USA Losing Its Predominance In Space?

As usual, England is the 'nowhere man' when it comes to space... The
European Union is slowly getting its act together, China says its
sending men to the moon, and now the Russias are saying that they are
sending men to Mars...

The Russians say they can do it cheaper, faster, and better than the USA.

“This will allow a lowering of the costs down to about $3-5 billion,”
the source said. In comparison, an analogous mission from the United
States costs from $14 billion to $30 billion, Interfax reported.

And, a lot of the work NASA used to do is already being outsourced.

Hey, what's going on here!
