Greetings,

I am aware of general warnings about getting scopes from department stores

etc.
but would make any difference if it was a Meade, specifically the Meade

Polaris
AZ-D 60?

Would I be able to see the Saturn rings, 4 main moons in Jupiter etc?

Also, can't find specifications of this scope in www.meade.com ...

probably not
a good sign.

Thanks very much,
Excalibur

The scope sells for $89.00.
You could get a very nice meal in a nice restaurant for that kind of money.
You can't get a good telescope for that kind of money.

Keep coming back.
We love you.

The Orion Observer 70 (which is a good scope for the $$)
sells for $129. I'm very happy with mine.
