Astro-Physics (http://www.astro-physics.com) has an Eyepiece
Projection Tele-Extender (CEP000) which can be used with radians, tak's
and all those big eyepieces. The only point is that it attaches to 2"
focusers.

I own the Astro-Physics CEP000 and the matching and required adapter PFCT---
and the Radians will not fit inside. The only eyepiece projection adapters
that I have found that will fit both Radians and 2" eyepieces are made by
Borg:

How it couples to a standard 2-inch adapter? I have no clue.

Now for Afocal projection I use the Tele Vue Radian adapters and they work
great.
