Once again the Military Industrial Complex puts its strangle hold on
the US economy by being the recipient of almost 700 billion in the
2012 budget. The numbers reveal a 553 billion dollar base line plus a
118 billion dollar overseas contingency for a total of 671 billion.
This is an increase of 22 billion over last year. What most don’t
realize, is within the Energy portion of the 2012 budget
(approximately 30 billion), over 65% is allocated to military nuclear
activities. This is another 20 billion +/- for a grand total of around
690 Billion. Add in black ops and covert operations and 700+ billion
is a more realistic number.
So, where do the Tards and Dems intended to make cuts, social programs
that will disenfranchise the poor and bring down the middle class.
I think we all know who is running this country and why your vote at
the national level is equivalent to a hanging chad.
