I too can't find the same setting you're looking for! Norton AV automatically
scans all incoming e-mails and quarantines any viruses it detects. But what if
it's a new one that they haven't found yet or if your AV isn't updated?

I just read everything via web-based E-mail now. Anything that's actually for
me doesn't get deleted and read through OE if necessary.

I know that's not much help, but hopefully it's a solution for you.
