Default Little Known Astronomical History

Isaac Newton, in addition to discovering the law of universal
gravitation and being the co-inventor of calculus, was a
notorious gunslinger, known around Cambridge England
as "Rootin' Tootin' Isaac Newton."

Following in his footsteps, William (Wilhelm) Herschel,
who discovered the planet Uranus, was also known as
"Wild Bill" Herschel.
