The concept of selling booze in grocery stores SUCKS...booze should be
in
booze stores, privately run (like in Alberta) or otherwise. They tried
putting booze in grocery stores here but got shot down.

The cashiers would go crazy asking for ID from every booze hungry kid
that
looked underage otherwise many probably get away with alcohol who are
underage. Booze related violence and accidents are much higher in the US
where "control" is generally lax.
