Is this some sort of Biblical statement favoring LOX/LH2 propulsion over
solids?
It's supposed to promote RP-1 over solids.
I'm with Pat. That creeped me out. I don't like to see religion in my
engineering details. Of course, this could have been meant to be a
tongue in cheek reference to how the proponents of solids cling to them
like a religion, despite their obvious flaws.
