It's not "wrong": it's simply the Russia version of "truth".
As the writers of Pravda would reassure us, "Truth" is very flexible and
can change day-to-day, year-to-year, and decade-to-decade.
In the West, the same concept works in a more subtle way, which is why
so many TV channels are so hung up this weekend on WW II war movies,
considering the two dates you would expect that to occur on would be on
Veteran's and Memorial Day.
I'd write more, but right now I'm watching Michael Caine get the hots
for Michelle Johnson in "Blame It On Rio"...which makes two of us. ;-)
