The *error* you speak of exists only in your mind. It is imaginary.
Your thinking process is being dominated by false perceptions. Do you
really think that such an error could go unnoticed for centuries, just
waiting for your superior brain to come along and point it out to the
scientific community? Unfortunately, as I quoted before, "Imaginary
obstacles are insurmountable. Real ones aren't".

All the resentment directed towards me is not going to do anything to
solve this crisis...

Gerald, I don't think anyone resents you. Laugh at you, perhaps, but
resent you, no. You really don't have a clue, poor man, and since you
are unteachable, you will undoubtedly remain in the dark. You need to
deal with the fact that you are NOT the smartest man who ever lived
(none of us are), and take that chip off your shoulder. We all have a
lot to learn, some of us more than others.

The loss of planetary facts to a dominant group is extremely difficult
to bear...

In this case, the dominant group appears to be every scientist in the
world, both past and present, except for you, and you are not a
scientist.

What possible good can come out of being hostile to what is a simple and effect proof for a round and rotating Earth using known rotational
speeds as proof for rotation once in 24 hours...

As far as I can tell, the only hostility here originates with you. You
are just ****ed-off that virtually no one agrees with your very
limited and uneducated point-of-view. We all know that a solar day
averages to 24 hours, WRT the sun. We get it. Get over it.

Something has to give here and what that is I cannot imagine.

Either you are screwing with us, and having a ball, or you really are
so far out of touch that nothing said here will ever make a
difference, but either way, I doubt that things will change much,
because you are definitely in a stubborn and deep rut.

Rambling quotes for you to ponder;

"Oh, would that my mind could let fall its dead ideas, as the tree
does its withered leaves!"
~Andre Gide

"The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and
breeds reptiles of the mind."
~William Blake

"Stubborness does have its helpful features. You always know what you
are going to be thinking tomorrow."
~Glen Beaman

"If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change
the way you think about it."
~Mary Engelbreit

“There is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction”
- Winston Churchill
