Why no, Jan, that is not true. The stars are not in orbit about the center
of the galaxy, the stars are in orbit through a rather large and extended
mass distribution.

As I have pointed out several times,
in my view the spiral arms are formed by jets emitted from something in
the centre that rotates.

Don't let the fact that this is completely ridiculous stop you from
'pointing it out' over and over.

Of course then there is no 'orbit' in the sense,
and the outward motion and rotational motion is set at the onset of those
jets, and THERE IS NO ANOMALITY. So they won't find anything.
