It's called “Breath Control Play” ( “Erotic Asphyxiation”, Waterboarding ).

Bottom line:
* Mental poverty will kill you, financial poverty won't.

Financial poverty can easily lead to mental poverty, especially if
you're used to the good life. Most K12s and young adults don't really
know how to fix anything or much less make-do, god forbid survive off
the land or the sea, unless it's in the form of a fast-food "Happy
Meal".
