This was in the Thursday, August 21st edition of the Toronto Star on page G9 of
the What's On section.
Mars in August
It's been 100,000 years since the red planet has dropped by for a visit. By
late in the month it'll be 85 times brighter than usual and appearing six times
larger. An evening watching Mars with astrologer XXXXX on an XXXX farm includes
home-cooked dinner, talk and viewing. $75 (and then lists the phone number and
place).
The best treatment for would be an highly visible
burst of Mars viewing free pot luck parties by local
amateurs. I hope the astrologers, at least included
horoscopes in the price. g
