Don't know about that guy...but there is someone who HAS filed a claim
on property of the moon. This is just a long stream of people taking
advantage of peoples vanity. You are all familiar with the company
that sells the "right" to name a star. There are actually a few
companies that do that...plus a company that sells you space on a
rocket ship so that when you die and are cremated...some of your ashes
along with those of others will be crashed into the moon to spread it
around. It is amazing how many ways there are to rip you off...and how
many rubes are born every minute.
