**** NASA, and its idle and empty threats regarding the reuse of
pictures me and my fellow Americans paid for with our hard earned tax
money.

If that is not the best case of the proverbial tail wagging the dog,
or trying to - for NASA to THREATEN us Americans, their bosses - then
I surely don't know what is!
