This must be something new and revolutionary or it wouldn't say, "Data

Radio waves are the same thing as light waves, except for the
wavelength. *If radio waves can go faster than light, then light can
go faster than light!

Correct, as perhaps going as fast as c upon c, or twice c should be
doable.
Photons do somehow manage to align and spin atoms.
