University, tampered with. They were sent a specimen that human
anatomist Wilton M. Krogman identified as a tibia, then fraudulently
"prepared" a ground section displaying the internal structure of a
rock or concretion, hence denying the existence of Haversian canals,
the tell-tale sign of bone.
