Am I the only one puzzled by the fact that NASA hasn't yet announced a
launch date for STS114 and still uses a very big launch window measured
in weeks ?
Is this some form of anti-terrorist measure where the launch date not be
announced until perhaps a few days before launch ? Or does NASA still
have too many loose end to be able to narrow down launch to within one
week or even 2-3 days ?
Seems rather odd that they have gone so far in assembling the shuttle
and still don't have narrowed the launch date to at least within one week.
