The RCC is going to have to be changed. Although I guess they could try testing
brand new panels and see if they do any better.
Forget flying any time soon, this will take as long as challenger.
Of course these results elminate the pictures couldnt of seen the probklem.
Any estimates of how long to design and test a new RCC system?

That was BEFORE we watched a minor foam strike destroy the panel so
effectively.
Like I said since the foam will never be 100% redesigning the RCC is needed.
Otherwise it will be like flying after Challenger without redesigning the
solids and O Rings.
