The planned hydrofoil attachments will protect the leading edge from
foam damage, not to mention the lower heating made possible by slowing

There has been no tragedy and they are conducting foam tests using different
procedures and methods. It is already an accepted premise that the RCC can
be damaged but the tests are designed to see what types of damage. So what
is to be learned or concepts changed by such testing.

What you have is a big hole in the RCC caused by a test. This was NOT an
instant replay of the event. SO validity must be proven. You be the judge.
